We are committed to the highest quality of our products and service. All of our premium frozen pizzas are prepared according to rigorous quality and food safety standards.

• We only accept returns and complaints if the product is defective or the delivery does not match the order (e.g. incorrect quantity, transport damage).

• Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the delivery – by email or telephone to the customer service department.

• Each complaint is considered individually, and in justified cases we offer product replacement or invoice correction.

• Return of products requires prior arrangement and approval by the customer service department.

• We do not accept returns of products that have been defrosted or stored incorrectly.

Our goal is to work in partnership with HoReCa and distributors, so we resolve every situation quickly and professionally.

Our premium frozen pizzas are delivered under controlled refrigeration conditions to guarantee complete freshness and the highest product quality.

• Delivery area: all of Poland + export to foreign markets.

• Refrigerated transport: all shipments are transported at controlled temperatures, in accordance with HACCP standards.

• Packaging: Each pizza is individually packaged, then placed in 25-piece boxes. Boxes are securely secured for transport.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on order size and delivery location.

• Shipping costs: determined individually depending on volume and destination. Preferential shipping terms are available for large wholesale orders.

• Export: for international partners, we organize transport within distribution networks and proven carriers.
