We only accept returns and complaints if the product is defective or the delivery does not match the order (e.g. incorrect quantity, transport damage).
In such a case, please submit a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the delivery – by email or telephone to our customer service department.
Each complaint will be considered individually, and in justified cases we offer product replacement or invoice correction.
Return of products requires prior arrangement and approval by the customer service department.
We will not accept returns of products that have been defrosted or improperly stored by the customer.
Our goal is to work in partnership with HoReCa and distributors, which is why we resolve every situation quickly and professionally.

Our premium frozen pizzas are delivered under controlled refrigeration conditions to guarantee complete freshness and product quality.
Delivery area: we deliver throughout Poland and export to foreign markets in cooperation with logistics partners.
Refrigerated transport: all shipments are transported at controlled temperatures, in accordance with HACCP requirements.
Packaging: pizzas are packed in collective boxes (25 pieces) and secured for transport.
Delivery time: standardly from 3 to 7 business days depending on the order quantity and delivery location.
Shipping costs: determined individually depending on volume and destination. Preferential shipping terms are available for large wholesale orders.
Export: for international partners, we organize transport within distribution networks and our own logistics partners.
